At Mr. CleanX, we strive to deliver the best quality products to your doorstep. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

You may be eligible for a refund or return under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide clear video proof of:

    • The unboxing process (box opening).

    • The damaged product, showing the issue clearly.

    • The shipping label on the outer package.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Take a Video & Photos:

    • Record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

    • Take photos and videos clearly showing the damage or defect.

  2. Email Us:

    • Send the media along with your order number to [support@mr.cleanx.in] (update with your actual support email).

  3. Wait for Verification:

    • Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For prepaid orders, refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

Returns

  • In case a return is required, our team will coordinate a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back within 48 hours

  • Returns will be provided with in 3-4 days
  • No replacement and no exchange provided
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Important Notes

  • No refund or return is applicable without proper video proof.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., change of mind).

  • The packaging must be kept intact until the issue is resolved.
