How to Request a Refund or Return

Take a Video & Photos:

Record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.

Take photos and videos clearly showing the damage or defect.

Wait for Verification:

Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For prepaid orders, refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Returns

In case a return is required, our team will coordinate a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back within 48 hours
- Returns will be provided with in 3-4 days
- No replacement and no exchange provided
